Katie has been with Press Ganey since 1998, where she has worked with over 200 clients in helping them improve their patients’ experience. During her tenure she has partnered with Providence Healthcare, Keck/USC Health, Children’s of Atlanta, UCI Medical Center, Sharp Healthcare, Sutter Health, Children’s Memorial, Scripps Health and University of Utah.
In her role, she has traveled the country presenting to clients and conferences on many topics, including; utilizing performance improvement data, everyday solutions, using statistical data, and report interpretation. She is currently partnering with large healthcare systems and facilities on the West Coast.
Katie is passionate about better patient experiences and helping her clients exceed their patients’ expectations. She does this by getting involved with her clients’ improvement efforts. She facilitates workshops, delivering presentations, one-on-one coaching with all levels of staff, observing staff interactions with patients and providing in-depth analysis of findings to leadership.
Katie has spoken at many national and regional conferences and tradeshows on the importance of satisfaction improvement in the healthcare environment. She also contributed to the book Making it Right: Healthcare Service Recovery Tools, Techniques, and Best Practices, edited by Paul Clark (Marblehead, Mass.: HCPro, 2005).
Katie attended St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN studying Elementary Education.
